EPL:Premier League title permutations: Who can win and how?

3 May 2014 Updated 19:01 GMT
This year's title race is one of the most open in Premier League history, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City in a three-way tussle that may not be decided until the final day of the season.
With just two points separating the sides, all three could spend time at the top of the table between Saturday and Monday.
City went top of the table on goal difference after beating Everton on Saturday but Chelsea will usurp them with victory against Norwich on Sunday. Even then, Liverpool would return to top spot with a win at Crystal Palace on Monday.
All three clubs have two games remaining.

Should both Chelsea and Liverpool win this weekend, City will again have the chance to go top on goal difference when they play their game in hand against Aston Villa on Wednesday.
City manager Manuel Pellegrini said he would not be watching Liverpool's match at Selhurst Park and would, instead, be focusing on the game against Villa.
"I think it's very important for our team that we must not think that the Premier League is finished," said the Chilean after victory over Everton.
"We have to play two more games so it's very important now to start preparing for the game on Wednesday, and then we'll see next Sunday if we can win the title."
Despite the prospect of going top of the table on Sunday with only a week of the season remaining, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho stuck to his regular theme of writing off his team's prospects on Friday.
He said: "We know that we play against two teams that desperately need the three points, but we also need the points to finish third and guarantee a Champions League spot next season."
